When we use Klarna as the provider of our checkout (you elect to pay via Klarna) this means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Provenance Markets Ltd only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. If we are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) then we will do so for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.
