The salt is 97.86% sodium chloride, just as nature intended. That means it’s pure and mineral-rich, harvested directly from the ocean using natural solar evaporation — with no bleaching, refining, or additives. Because they hand-harvest from the coastal waters of Tanzania and carefully wash and dry their crystals, their salt is rich in natural minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sulphates and copper.
Their multiple award-winning Pepper & Chilli Sea Salt is the perfect seasoning mix with a lovely peppery kick. They use the finest black pepper and organic red chillies from the Morogoro region of Tanzania. Delicious on anything that needs a bit of a kick!
