The salt is 97.86% sodium chloride, just as nature intended. That means it’s pure and mineral-rich, harvested directly from the ocean using natural solar evaporation — with no bleaching, refining, or additives. Because they hand-harvest from the coastal waters of Tanzania and carefully wash and dry their crystals, their salt is rich in natural minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sulphates and copper.
They have infused their sea salt with organic coconuts and zesty limes to recreate the tropical beaches of Zanzibar in your kitchen. This is a vibrant, exciting salt flavour that will make your food come alive! Their organic coconuts come from very their own coconut farm on Mafia Island. This is their favourite sea salt flavour and hope you love it as well.
