Bertie’s Marvellous Pineapple and Basil Hot Sauce

Flavour-packed & versatile, this condiment goes with almost everything. Handmade in small batches, it marries the bright zing of fresh pineapple with basil & apple cider vinegar. Green chilli gives a gentle heat, with spicing delivered by fenugreek & carom (ajwain) seeds. It’s a brilliant marinade & a cooking sauce too, ideal for chicken or fish.

Bertie’s Marvellous Black Garlic Hot Sauce

Dark umami depths of black garlic & tamari meet heat & spice: Scotch Bonnet chillis, ginger, garlic, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon & thyme, with apple cider vinegar for piquancy. Handmade in small batches, this gloriously deep, rich and versatile condiment is also a flavouring and cooking ingredient in its own right

Bertie’s Marvellous Classic Fermented Chilli Sauce

Handmade in small batches and 14-day-fermented to deliver a complex but well-rounded take on classic chilli sauce. Scotch Bonnets, roasted red peppers, garlic & fava bean miso are seasoned with black & pink pepper, coriander & fennel seeds for a delicious punch of heat supported by layers of authentic flavour.

Ingredients Black Garlic & Chilli Sauce

CIDER VINEGAR, ONIONS, TAMARI (WATER, SOY BEANS, SALT, SPIRIT VINEGAR) DARK BROWN SUGAR, SCOTCH BONNET MASH 6% (SCOTCH BONNET CHILLIES, SALT),  LIME JUICE, BLACK GARLIC 5%, VEGETABLE OIL, GINGER, GARLIC. ALLSPICE, NUTMEG, BLACK PEPPER, CINNAMON, THYME.

Ingredients Classic Fermented Chilli Sauce

Red Pepper 62%, Roasted Red PeppER 12% (RED PEPPER, SALT, WATER, CITRIC ACID) SCOTCH BONNET MASH 6% (SCOTCH BONNET CHILLIES, SALT)  FAVA BEAN MISO (FAVA BEANS, WHITE RICE KOJI, SALT), SALT, GINGER, SUGAR, GARLIC, BLACK PEPPER, PINK PEPPER, CORIANDER SEED,FENNEL SEED.

Ingredients Pineapple & Basil Chilli Sauce

PINEAPPLE 35%, APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, WHITE SUGAR, GREEN CHILLI MASH 12% (GREEN CHILLIES, SALT), SALT, VEGETABLE OIL, BASIL, GARLIC, CITRIC ACID, FENUGREEK SEED, CAROM SEED.
