Crackers produced from ancient wheats, heritage wheats and toasted grains - grown in partnership, sometimes harvested and definitely stone milled, by them. Sourdough with mushroom mix, olive oil, sea salt and Kampot black pepper to form a crisp cracker with hints of malt barley, earthiness and umami lasting heat and spice.They use English heritage, ancient and interesting wheats.
They work in close partnership with organic farmers.
They pay their farmers fairly and realistically.
They mill the grains they grow into flour on their premises.
They make and pack all of their own products.
They only use ethically sourced ingredients and Devon water.
If you don't eat all of the crackers when you open the pack (hard to believe, I know!) and should they lose their snap, simply put them in a warm oven (100℃) for a few minutes. Let them cool and they'll snap and taste as good as new!
