Crackers produced from ancient wheats, heritage wheats and toasted grains - grown in partnership, sometimes harvested and definitely stone milled, by them. Sourdough mixed with Totnes honey, olive oil, sea salt, to form a crisp cracker with flavours of wheat, acidic sourdough, honey sweetness, complex sea salt and subtle olive oil.
They use English heritage, ancient and interesting wheats.
They work in close partnership with organic farmers.
They pay their farmers fairly and realistically.
They mill the grains they grow into flour on their premises.
They make and pack all of their own products.
They only use ethically sourced ingredients and Devon water.
If you don't eat all of the crackers when you open the pack (hard to believe, I know!) and should they lose their snap, simply put them in a warm oven (100℃) for a few minutes. Let them cool and they'll snap and taste as good as new!
